Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly closed to prevent leakage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
